During the one-year training period, trainees receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 9,000/- per month. After Training the Candidate will get the following Salary

RCFL Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification Details
- Operator Trainee (Chemical):
- Candidates must have a Full-time and regular B.Sc. (Chemistry) degree from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution with Physics as one of the subjects, along with passing the NCVT examination in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) [AO(CP)] trade (to be completed after the degree). Minimum percentage requirements apply (55% for OBC and 50% for SC/ST).
- Technician Trainee (Instrumentation):
- The candidates passed either a full-time and regular B.Sc. (Physics) degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects plus completion of the NCVT examination in the Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) [IM(CP)] trade (to be completed after the degree) OR a full-time and regular three-year diploma in Instrumentation/Allied branches from a recognized institution (with direct admission to later semesters and a mandatory 1-year BOAT training).
- Technician Trainee (Electrical):
- The Candidates should have either a full-time and regular three-year diploma in Electrical/Allied branches of Electrical Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution along with completion of a 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentices Act OR for candidates with HSC (Science) with direct admission to the second year/third semester of the diploma course. An alternative option is a four-year (or 3½-year) diploma under a sandwich pattern with 1-year industrial training.
- Technician Trainee (Mechanical) :
- The Candidates should have eithera full-time and regular three-year diploma in Mechanical/Allied branches of Mechanical Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution with completion of a 1-year BOAT training OR for HSC (Science) candidates with direct admission to the second year/third semester of the diploma course plus 1-year BOAT training. An alternative option includes a four-year (or 3½-year) diploma under a sandwich pattern (which includes 1-year industrial training).
- Boiler Operator Grade III:
- The Candidates should have either SSC pass with a certificate of Competency as Boiler Attendant of Second Class issued by the respective state authority OR (b) SSC pass with an NCVT certificate in Boiler Attendant (with the endorsement of the appropriate state authority) OR (c) SSC pass with a Diploma in Boiler Attendant (with certification equivalent to a Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate). These options are designed to ensure candidates possess the necessary technical competency for the role.

- The Candidates should have SSC pass along with a 6-month full-time fireman certificate course from a State Fire Training Center (or recognized Govt. institute).
