Exim Bank Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification Details

• Management Trainee – Digital Technology:
  The Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or in both Graduation and MCA (with a minimum of 60% marks) and Work Experience in related Field
  
• Management Trainee – Research and Analysis:
  Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Economics with at least 60% marks in both their graduation and post-graduation qualifications with Work Experience in related Field
  
• Management Trainee – Rajbhasha:
  Applicants need to have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate in their graduation. Additionally, they must possess a Master’s degree from a recognized university. The degree can be in Hindi or English provided the candidate has studied the other language as either a compulsory or elective subject with Work Experience in related Field
  
• Management Trainee – Legal:
  Candidates must hold a Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 60% marks. For integrated LLB courses, the 60% requirement applies to the overall degree; for regular LLB, it applies to both the graduation and LLB examinations with Work Experience in related Field
  
• Deputy Manager – Legal:
  The minimum qualification is a Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) with at least 60% marks. Candidates with a practicing advocate background and at least one year of experience will be given preference with Work Experience in related Field
  
• Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer):
  A regular graduation degree is required along with an Associate Membership (ACS) from the ICSI, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. Additional qualifications such as an MBA or LLB are preferred, and candidates should have a minimum of one year’s post-membership work experience.
  
• Chief Manager (Compliance Officer): This post requires a regular graduation degree and an ACS from ICSI with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. In addition, candidates must have at least 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years after obtaining the ICSI membership. Prior experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions is also essential.
