Salary

The remuneration for these roles is offered as a “Cost to Company” (CTC) package, which is quite competitive. It includes a fixed component and a variable component based on performance.

Educational Qualification Details

Specialist Cadre Officers

• VP Wealth (SRM): You need a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading banks or wealth management firms. Ideally, this should be as a Relationship Manager.
• AVP Wealth (RM): You need a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in similar financial organizations.
• Customer Relationship Executive: While no specific years of experience are listed as mandatory, there is a specific skill requirement: You must have a valid driving license for a two-wheeler. This is because the role involves doorstep banking and collecting documents from clients.

Age Limit as on 01.05.2025

However, relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc. as per Govt. of India guidelines is applicable.

Selection Process

The candidates needs to know the selection process as below:

1. SBI first checks that you meet the eligibility requirements.
2. A shortlisting team evaluates your educational background and experience.
3. Shortlisted candidates are invited to interview.
4. You are evaluated out of 100 marks in interview.
5. A merit list is prepared based on interview score only.
6. Candidates may then be offered negotiation on CTC before final appointment
