Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist
- Must have passed +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Must have completed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard
- Must have Typing Speed 40 wpm.
Stenographer Grade-III
- Must have passed +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Must have completed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
- Must have a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute through computer system.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Junior Typist
- Must have passed +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Must have completed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
- Must have a minimum Typing speed of 40 words per minute through computer system.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
