The candidates will get a salary of 18360 (e.g Rs.612 per day).

• The candidate must have passed at least 10th class from a recognized board.
• The candidates should be a permanent resident of concerned Grama Panchayat (GP)
• The candidates should have study odia as one of the subject in 10th class.
• The candidates studied higher class will be given a more preference upto graduation level.

• A Committee under the chairmanship of Block Development Officer with Inspector of Supplies as convener and sarapanch of the conerned gp as member will do the selection and provide a panel of 3 names to the collector for approval.
• After approval from the collector, the panel of names will be provided to the concerned gp for appointment of the 1st person as Jogana Sahayak.
