Salary

The salary structure is as per the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2017:

• Junior Clerk cum Copyist – ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-4)
• Salaried Amin : ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level-5)
• Stenographer Grade-III : ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level-7)
• Junior Typist : ₹₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-4)

Educational Qualification Details

Junior Clerk cum Copyist

• Must have passed +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Must have completed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard

Salaried Amin

• Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board and must have passed in Revenue Inspector Training.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.

Stenographer Grade-III

• Must have passed +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Must have completed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
• Must have a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute through computer system.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.

Junior Typist

• Must have passed +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Must have completed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Oriya, and must have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm in English.

Age Limit

Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Grade-III, Salaried Amin, Junior Typist

• Minimum Age : – 18 Years
• Maximum Age : – 32 Years

Upper Age relaxation as per govt guidelines.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

• Written Examination
• Skill Tests (Typing / Survey Test)
• Computer Practical Test
• Viva-Voce
• Merit list will be prepared post all stages of examination.

• Arithmetic – 100 marks (1 hr)
• General Knowledge – 100 marks (1 hr)

• Viva-Voce – 45 marks

Junior Typist:

• English (qualifying) – 100 marks (2 hrs)
• Type Writing Test – 50 marks (10 mins)
• Computer Science Practical – 100 marks (1 hr)
• Viva-Voce – 35 marks

Stenographer Grade-III:

• English (qualifying) – 100 marks (2 hrs)
• Shorthand & Type Writing – 50 marks (10 mins)

Salaried Amin:

• English – 100 marks (2 hrs)
• Arithmetic (10th Std) – 100 marks (1 hr)
