Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- (₹24,050/- + 2 advance increments for graduates
Educational Qualification Details
Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)
- Candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university by 31 December 2025.
- Final year students may apply provisionally but must show proof of passing before the final date.
- Candidates with dual degrees should ensure both are completed before the cut-off date

Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)
Minimum Age of the Candidate: 20 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 28 Years
However, relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc. as per Govt. of India guidelines is applicable.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- PwBD (Gen): 10 years | (OBC): 13 years | (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years (max 50 years)
- Widows/divorced: Up to 35–40 years depending on categor
