The UCO Bank is inviting online applications for the post of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on a contractual basis. The engagement will initially be for 3 years and can be extended based on the Bank’s requirements and performance review. The CRO will lead the Bank’s Risk Management function, overseeing credit, market, operational, liquidity, and group risks (including overseas operations). The remuneration will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and prevailing market benchmarks. It will not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates. 1. Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility, qualification, and experience.
2. Personal Interview and/or any other selection method as decided by the Bank.
3. Screening Committee will fix the parameters for shortlisting — mere eligibility does not guarantee selection.
4. Qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank.
5. Final selection will be based on merit in the selection process
