The State Bank of India (SBI) has released Advertisement No. CRPD/PO/2025‑26/04, inviting online applications for 541 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies across its branches in India. This end-to‑end recruitment—from Preliminary Exam through Interview—is managed by the Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, SBI Corporate Centre, Mumbai . • Starting Basic Pay: ₹ 48,480/‑ (plus 4 advance increments)
• Salary Scale: 48,480 – 2,000(7) – 62,480 – 2,340(2) – 67,160 – 2,680(7) – 85,920
• Approximate CTC: ₹ 20.43 LPA (at Mumbai centre)
• Allowances: DA, HRA/Lease Rental, CCA, Medical, and other perks

SBI PO 2025 Notification – Educational Qualification Details

• Essential: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university (as on 30 September 2025).
• Provisional: Final‑year/semester students may apply provisionally, but must produce proof of graduation at Interview.
• Additional: Integrated Dual Degree (IDD), Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Medical, and Engineering graduates are eligible.

1. Objective Test (200 marks; 3 hours)
   • Reasoning & Computer Aptitude – 40 Qs / 60 marks / 50 min
   • Data Analysis & Interpretation – 30 Qs / 60 marks / 45 min
   • General/Economy/Banking Awareness – 60 Qs / 60 marks / 45 min
   • English Language – 40 Qs / 20 marks / 40 min
2. Descriptive Test (50 marks; 30 minutes)
   • Tasks: One compulsory Email, one Report, and either Situation Analysis or Precis Writing
