Selection Process

The process isn’t just about the written test; there is an interview stage as well.

1. Written Test (60% Weightage): You need to score a minimum of 50% (UR/EWS) or 45% (Reserved categories) to qualify for the next step.
2. Interview (40% Weightage): Candidates are called in a 1:6 ratio based on vacancies. The interview assesses Technical & Professional proficiency (30%) and Personality/Communication (10%).
3. Final Merit: To make it to the panel, you must score at least 60% (UR/EWS) or 50% (Reserved) in the interview. There is no minimum qualifying mark for the aggregate score; it’s based on merit order.
