Manager (Electrical)

• Candidates should have completed Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical## Discipline from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA Electrical Discipline shall include: Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical)
• Candidates Should have at least ten years post qualification experience in Executive/Gazetted officer cadre

Deputy Manager (Electrical)

• Candidates should have completed Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical## Discipline from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA Electrical Discipline shall include: Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical).
• Candidates Should have at least seven years post qualification experience in Executive/Gazetted officer cadre

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• Candidates should have completed Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical## Discipline from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA Electrical Discipline shall include: Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical)
• Candidates should have at least four years post qualification experience in any of the following areas: (i) Design & engineering of 132kV voltage level and above transmission system
  (ii) Erection or construction or testing & commissioning of 132kV voltage level and above transmission system.
  (iii) Operation & Maintenance of 132kV voltage level and above transmission system

SALARY FOR  PGCIL Executive Recruitment 2025

Manager (Electrical)

• Pay Scale – E5 /IDA- Rs.80,000 -2,20,000/-

Deputy Manager (Electrical)

• E4 / IDA : Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• E3 / IDA – Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000

Age Limit as on 12.03.2025

Manager (Electrical)

Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 39 Years

Deputy Manager (Electrical)

Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 36 Years

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 33 Years

However, relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc. as per Govt. of India guidelines is applicable.
SC / ST – 5 Years
OBC – 3 Years
PWD – 10 – 15 Years as per sc/st/obc category

Selection Process

The applicants will be shortlisted for engagement on the basis of scrutiny, document verification and personal interview.
