Salary –

Educational Qualification Details

Trainee Pilot (On Contract) :

• Primary Certification: The Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competency as Master of a Foreign Going Ship. This certificate must be issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.
• Equivalent Qualification: If he doesn’t hold the specific Indian certificate, an equivalent qualification that is recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, is also acceptable.
• Experience: Beyond just the certificate, he needs practical experience. The PPA requires one year of post-qualification experience specifically as a Master or Chief Officer of a foreign-going ship

Age Limit

The age will be determined based on the cut-off date, which is 01.12.2025

• Maximum Age: 55 years

Selection Process

The selection process is straightforward, skipping the usual preliminary and mains exams found in other government recruitments.

3. Envelope Super-scription: The envelope containing the application must be clearly and prominently super-scribed in capital letters with the following phrase: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TRAINEE PILOT (ON CONTRACT)”.

4. Enclosures: Ge must enclose self-attested copies of all supporting documents. Applications submitted without self-attested copies of supporting documents will not be considered.

5. Photographs: He must attach two latest passport size photographs. It is essential to mention your name and gender on the back side of these photographs.
