OPTCL JMOT & JMT Recruitment 2025 – Salary Details
JMOT (After Training)
- Training Stipend: ₹17,000/month
- Post Training Salary Pay : ₹25,600 – ₹81,200 (NE-4 Level)
- Includes DA, HRA, Medical, NPS, Conveyance, etc.
JMT (After Training)
- Training Stipend: ₹30,000/month
- Post Training Salary Pay : ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (E-2 Grade)

Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee (JMOT) – Electrical
- HSC (10th pass) + National Trade Certificate in Electrician Trade (NCVT/SCTE&VT)
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Must possess Lineman-MV Permit with learner Workman-HT (mandatory at DV)
Junior Management Trainee (JMT) – Electrical
- Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
