- Veterinary Assistant Surgeon
- Candidates must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) or equivalent from a recognized Indian/foreign institution.
- Foreign degree holders must submit a conversion certificate from the Veterinary Council of India (VCI).
- Valid Registration Certificate under the Odisha Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1970 (Section 21).

The candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1993 and not later than 1st January 2004
