Educational Qualification Details

Generalist Officers:

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Minimum Marks: You must have at least 60% marks in your degree examination.
  • Relaxation: If you belong to the SC or ST category, the requirement is 55% marks.

For Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers:

• Master’s in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject (or medium of exam) at the degree level.
• OR Master’s in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject (or medium of exam) at the degree level.
• OR Master’s in any subject (other than Hindi/English) with Hindi medium and English as a subject at the degree level.
• OR Master’s in any subject (other than Hindi/English) with English medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level.
  

Age Limit

The age criteria are straightforward and must be met as of 30 November 2025.

This means eligible candidates must have been born between 1 December 1995 and 30 November 2004.

Selection Process

The selection involves three stages. You must qualify in each stage to proceed to the next.

1. Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Objective online test. Screening nature only.
2. Phase-II: Main Examination: Objective and Descriptive online test. Marks here count towards the final selection.
3. Phase-III: Interview: Conducted for candidates shortlisted from the Mains.
