Educational Qualification Details –
To be eligible for applying to the Naval Ship Repair Yard Apprenticeship, candidates must:
- Have passed Matriculation (Class 10).
- Have completed ITI in the relevant trade from institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- The trade must be listed under Schedule I of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.

Exam Pattern
There is no written exam. The selection will be done based on the following weightage and evaluation:
- Shortlisting Criteria:
- 50% weightage to Matriculation (Class 10) marks
- 50% weightage to ITI marks
- Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- Total marks for interview: 50
- Final Merit List:
- Based on interview marks
- In case of tie, older candidate gets preference
