The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), this institution is fully owned by the Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 03/2025-26 for the recruitment of Specialists on Contract at its Head Office in Mumbai. A total of 05 specialist vacancies have been announced for key roles such as Legal Officer, Remote Sensing & GIS Analyst, and Software Developer.

Remote Sensing & GIS Analyst | B.Tech / B.E in Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics / Geomatics with 60% marks OR M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E in the same with 55% marks | • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Image Processing/GIS-based Analysis (Agriculture, Hydrology, Watershed, Water Resources). • Hands-on experience with ArcGIS/ERDAS/QGIS, plus training delivery. |
Software Developer | B.Tech / B.E in CS/CE/IT with 60% marks OR M.Tech / M.E in CS/CE/IT with 55% marks | • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in web development & management. • Experience in PHP, JavaScript, Progress, HTML, React Native, Android Studio. • Experience in MIS/Portal/App development & integration. |

Selection Process
- Shortlisting for Interview
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:3 based on their qualification, experience, etc.
- Interview
- Final selection will be made through interview only.
- Medical Examination
- Selected candidates must undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination.
- Appointment will be given only to those declared medically fit by the Bank’s Medical Officer.
- Final Decision
- The final appointment will be based on the decision of the Selection Committee.
- NABARD reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel vacancies without assigning any reason
