Selection Process

1. Shortlisting for Interview
   1. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:3 based on their qualification, experience, etc.
2. Interview
   1. Final selection will be made through interview only.
3. Medical Examination
   1. Selected candidates must undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination.
   1. Appointment will be given only to those declared medically fit by the Bank’s Medical Officer.
4. Final Decision
   1. The final appointment will be based on the decision of the Selection Committee.
   2. NABARD reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel vacancies without assigning any reason

3. Fill Application Form
   1. Enter personal, educational, and professional details.
   1. Use SAVE & NEXT option to verify before final submission.
   1. Ensure your Name & Details match official documents.
4. Upload Documents (as per given specifications)
   1. Photograph (passport size, color, 20–50 kb).
   1. Signature (black ink, 10–20 kb).
   1. Left Thumb Impression (20–50 kb).
   1. Handwritten Declaration:

“I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
