Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹88,635/

The starting basic pay for an AAO is ₹88,635/- per month, with pay scale:
₹88,635 – 4,385(14) – 1,50,025 – 4,750(4) – 1,69,025

Application Fees

Applicants must pay the required fee online while filling the application form:

• SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹85 + GST + transaction charges (intimation charges only)
• All other candidates: ₹700 + GST + transaction charges (application fee + intimation charges)

Educational Qualification Details –

The candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. The degree should be completed and the result declared on or before 1st August 2025. No equivalent qualifications are accepted, and proof of graduation must be produced during the interview.

Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Generalist

The candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.

Age Limit

The candidates must be 21 to 30 years old as of 1st August 2025. This means they should be born between 2nd August 1995 and 1st August 2004. Relaxations apply: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – up to 15 years, plus for ex-servicemen and LIC employees.

Exam Pattern

The recruitment involves three stages of examination followed by a medical test.

Phase I – Preliminary Exam

• Mode: Online, Objective
• Sections: Reasoning (35 Q, 35 M), Quantitative Aptitude (35 Q, 35 M), English (30 Q, 30 M – qualifying only)
• Duration: 1 hour
• Total Marks: 70 (English not counted in merit)

Phase II – Main Exam

• Mode: Online, Objective + Descriptive
• Objective Sections:
  • Reasoning Ability (90 marks)
  • General Knowledge & Current Affairs (60 marks)
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation (90 marks)
  • Insurance & Financial Market Awareness (60 marks)
• Descriptive Test: English (Letter, Precis, Report Writing – 25 marks, qualifying only)
• Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

Phase III – Interview

• Maximum 60 marks
• Qualifying: 30 (UR/OBC/EWS), 27 (SC/ST/PwBD)

Final merit is based on Mains + Interview marks

Registration

• The system will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which will be sent via email and SMS.

Fill the Application Form

• Log in using the registration number and password.
• Fill in your personal, educational, and communication details carefully.
• Use the Save and Next option if you want to review before final submission.

Upload Documents
You need to upload scanned copies of:

• Passport-size photograph (20–50 KB)
• Signature (10–20 KB, not in CAPITAL letters)
• Left thumb impression (20–50 KB)
• Handwritten declaration (50–100 KB) with the text:
  “I, ______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Payment of Application Fees
