Educational Qualification Details
The candidates must meet the specific educational criteria for each post as of 22.12.2025.
- Assistant Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics/Training/Skill Ed): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Desirable: B.Ed./M.Ed, NET/SLET/Ph.D. earns you extra weightage in the interview.
- Desirable: B.Ed./M.Ed, NET/SLET/Ph.D. earns you extra weightage in the interview.
- Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree with Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, or Business Studies. Alternatively, an MBA (Finance), CA, or ICWA is accepted.
- Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree is required, along with working knowledge of computers (MS-Office, Internet).
- Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject (or vice versa). Alternatively, a Master’s in any subject with Hindi/English medium and the other language as a subject, plus a Diploma in translation or 3 years of experience.
- Junior Accountant: Class 12th with Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, or Commerce
OR Bachelor’s degree in related fields. - Junior Assistant: Class 12th (or equivalent).
- Typing: Must possess a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer.

- Central Government Civilian Employees: Up to 40 years (45 for SC/ST) for 3 years’ service

Where will the exams be held?
Tier-1 exams will be held in various cities including Delhi/NCR, Pune, Chennai, Patna, Guwahati, etc. You can give your preference, but the Board decides the final allocation.
I am a woman candidate; do I have to pay the fee?
Women candidates are exempted from the Application Fee, but you must still pay the Processing Fee of ₹250
Can candidates apply offline?
No. Only online applications will be accepted.
