EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates applying for BSF Head Constable (RO, RM) Recruitment 2025 must have passed 10th with ITI in a relevant trade or 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board. The selection process for BSF Head Constable (RO, RM) Recruitment 2025 includes:

   • Computer based test carries 200 marks with a subject of physics, mathematics, chemistry and engligh and GK
2. Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Physical Standards Test (PST)

Male:

• Height: 168 cm (General), 162.5 cm (Relaxed)
• Chest: 80 cm (85 cm for expanded)

Female:

• Height: 157 cm (General), 154-155 cm (Relaxed)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Male:
  • 1.6 km race in 6 minutes 30 seconds
  • Long Jump 11 Feet in three attempts
  • High Jump in 3.5 feet in three attempts
• Female:
  • 800 mtrs race in 4 minutes.
  • Long Jump 9 Feet in three attempts
  • High Jump in 3 feet in three attempts
