Selected candidates will initially be appointed as Temporary Employees for one year with minimum wages applicable to their respective unit. After successful completion, they will be regularized as Artisan Grade IV with the pay scale:

Pay Scale – ₹29,500 – ₹65,000/- + Allowances as per Company Rules

Educational Qualification Details – BHEL Artisan Recruitment 2025

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• The candidates should have passed 10th Class
• National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI)
• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
• The candidates belongs to Gen / OBC category should have a Minimum of 60% marks and The candidates belongs to SC/ST category should have a minimum of 55% Marks in both NTC and NAC.

Artisan Grade IV Posts

• Minimum Age of the Candidate: 18 Years
• Maximum Age of the Candidate: 27 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: +5 years
• OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer): +3 years
• PwBD (Unreserved/EWS): +10 years; (OBC): +13 years; (SC/ST): +15 years

Exam Pattern – BHEL Artisan Recruitment 2025

Stage I – Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Trade-wise examination
• Marks: 100
• Duration: Not mentioned (expected ~90 mins)
• Medium: English, Hindi, & Regional Language
• Qualifying Marks:
  • UR/EWS: 30%
  • OBC/SC/ST: 22.5%

Stage II – Skill Test

• Trade-specific practical evaluation
• Qualifying in nature
• Document Verification will also be conducted during this stage

Final selection will be based on CBT marks only, subject to skill test qualification.
