The position offers a basic pay scale of ₹64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960 along with allowances and perks, with an approximate CTC of ₹21 lakh per annum at Mumbai (may vary by location). The role involves managing relationships with High Net-worth Individual (HNI) clients, selling investment and insurance products, increasing Total Relationship Value (TRV) & Assets Under Management (AUM), conducting portfolio reviews, and ensuring proper documentation

Selection Process

The selection process may consist of Online Examination, Group Discussion (GD), Screening of Applications, and/or Personal Interview (PI) depending on the number of applicants.

1. Online Examination / Test:

• Test (except English) will be bilingual (English & Hindi).
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks penalty for each wrong answer.

• Group Discussion (GD):
  • Max. Marks: 50
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
    • General/EWS: 25 marks
    • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 22.5 marks

• Personal Interview (PI):

Final Selection Criteria:

Depending on the mode of selection used:

• Online Exam + PI: Merit based on aggregate marks of both stages.
• Only PI: Merit based on PI marks.
• GD + PI: Merit based on combined GD & PI marks.
• Online Exam + GD + PI: Merit based on aggregate marks of all stages.
